These terms govern your use of Beatitude, made by Shepherd Systems Inc. By using the app, you agree to them.

The prayer loop

The core prayer loop — praying for people around the world and sharing a name so others can pray for them — is free. It always will be. No account is required to use it.

The Prayer Analyzer

The Prayer Analyzer is an optional paid feature. It’s offered as a yearly subscription ($34.99/year) or a weekly subscription ($0.99/week), billed through Apple’s App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the cost of renewal depends on the plan you chose.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings after purchase.

Your content

Your prayers are your own. As described in our Privacy Policy, prayers are transcribed on your device, the audio is discarded immediately, and the text is deleted once your recap is written. You’re responsible for the content you choose to share within the prayer loop.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Beatitude to harass others, share harmful or unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend access for abuse.

The service

Beatitude is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update or change features over time.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shepherd Systems Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and notify you through the app or by email.
